| ATTENTION ALL ENGINEERING STUDENTS PLANNING ON STUDYING ANY TYPE OF ENGINEERING DEGREE IN 2025: This is a formal invitation to attend a meeting with Hitachi Energy who are wanting to talk with prospectus students interested in studying Engineering. They are interested in offering ideas and speakers working in this industry and the various specialisation in Engineering in this field. With a "Capstone" requirement of your engineering degrees this would be a meeting worth attending so you can start forming links and relationships with people working in this industry. Meeting is planned for Interval on the Thursday 17th of October in the "Old Library". Please register below if you are interested in attending. | Registrations are open for Summer League Netball. Please register using the link below Competition Commences, Wednesday 23rd October Cost approx $65.00 per player. TBC once player numbers are known Summer league 2024 will take a break from the 11th December (last game) until Jan 2025 - Dates are to be confirmed Game times – 6.30pm / 7.20pm / 8.10pm ROUNDS. They are providing sessions for rangatahi and whānau on the 22nd October (6PM-8:30PM) at The University of Auckland. There is no cost and kai is provided. | Are you interested in helping out with service at MAGS? We need some senior helpers at the junior homework centre for the next 6 weeks while the juniors prepare for their exams. If you are interested show up on Wednesday after school in the old library or send Miss Pulham an email (apulham@mags.school.nz). You could use the period 5 free period to revise for your own exam then come help the juniors. |
