All Students Word! The Frontline - Performance Workshop P.A.04 Wed 1 May 7:30am WOL
  A reminder that all competitors for Word! The Frontline need to come to this performance workshop to prepare for the upcoming HEATS.
Please bring poems that you are working on or have completed. Please note: these do not have to be poems that you intend to use in the competition.

This workshop is compulsory. However, if you cannot attend (for a good reason), please send your apologies to Mrs Woodall - bwoodall@mags.school.nz

All Students Robotics DLY
  Curious about robotics? Keen to learn how to design or program for robots? Regular sessions held held after school Mondays and Thursdays till 5pm in T4, starting Thursday Term 2 Week 1. We will build robots to enter into VEX competitions. No prior experience required, anyone is welcome to join.

All Students Under 15 Boys Hockey Trial KES
  There will be one final trial on the tennis courts on Wednesday 1 May from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, for any boy that wants to be considered for the Under 15 Boys Hockey Team this year. All Students Writers Workshop GCA
  Calling all aspiring writers! Renowned NZ author Kate De Goldi is visiting us next MONDAY the 6th May to run a writers workshop. The author of the 10pm Question and Eddy Eddy, among others, Kate's writing is taught across schools in NZ and abroad.
The 2 hour workshop is strictly limited to 20 participants and is run at a cost of $10 each. If you want to hone your writing under the watchful eye of this amazing author, grab a permission slip from the English Dept (opposite E15 upstairs in E block) and see finance ASAP.
